1. When you ask me a commission...
- You want to get your requested characters etc. drawn with MY style! Example these original works, which belong to ~Akuchi-Nobara, and to ~Eyeless1703,

were changed in my hands to these ones below:

So... you don't expect that I could do EXACTLY a 100% copy of the character or other things you want. Of course if you INSIST, I can always TRY, or then I say buh-bye, and decline your commission - just because I probably couldn't accomplish the final version you'd like to see, and that would waste time from us both.
2. What if the work I asked will be damaged while it's posted, or what if it vanishes after you've posted it?
- If the picture is damaged when you get it, take a photo of it. Show that photo to me via an e-mail. After I've seen the catastrophe (and after I've cried my eyes out in the bathroom, moaned over all the wasted time, materials and money),I give you two choises:
Choise number 1: You take your money back EXCEPT the base price (5€, that includes the letter material, stamp + some parts of the shipping). So you get almost all of your money back, but I keep that 5€: the materials aren't cheap, the posting price doesn't pay it for itself, and I guarantee that the work was in perfect condition after it left me, otherwise I wouldn't have even send it. I'll do everything I can, that these works won't be damaged in the post.
Choise number 2: You ask me to do a new one. If the work was huge, I may have to ask some extra money, but otherwise I won't charge you and I do a new work. Then we just hope it'll get home safe and sound. Of course if these things doesn't sound very good, you can also ask could you get the poor scanned version if I still have any. It won't be the original, but... well it is the ghost of the first version you probably wanted.
- If the work somehow vanishes on the road and you just wait and wait for nothing, well that's a hard one to prove. And I tell, I don't want to be cheated as does not anyone else either. So in this situation I curse all the post offices, take the money and run for my life! So what this means, is that I try to re-pay all the damages, but if the work just dissapears, I won't do anything. Of course these kind of things don't happen very often and I truly rely on our world's post system. Hopefully you do too.
